If you are a CEO, CFO, or a business owner looking to set up or review a corporate retirement plan, we provide a consulting process to design the right plan for your specific company. Understanding the costs and all operational requirements is essential in creating an effective and sustainable retirement plan that benefits both a company and its employees.

We ask you about your objectives with your new retirement plan, and look at your corporate tax returns and payroll information to determine what type of retirement plan (SEP, SIMPLE, 401(k), Profit Sharing, Defined Benefit Plan) is best suited for your company.

We work with the TPA (Third Party Administrator) of your choice to design your plan. We look at how much cost and operational activity your company needs to assume. Then, we choose a carrier that provides the mix of investment choices.

Once you start a plan, we will periodically communicate with your contact person to ensure all your needs are met. We also gladly visit your office to provide enrollment seminars and private consulting sessions with your employees.
